“Bonjour, Sur un nouveau process, je dois doser très rapidement mais avec ma presse et mon ensemble vis-fourreau actuel (vieillissant !), le mélange matière n’est pas homogène (infondus, mauvaise coloration). Je pense donc changer mon ensemble vis-fourreau. Pourriez-vous me conseiller ? Merci”

➜ FAQ : Problème de claptet et matelas irrégulier
“Bonjour,
J’ai remplacé mon ensemble clapet de vis quelques jours avant les vacances parce que mon matelas était irrégulier. Ça fonctionnait bien. Mais depuis le redémarrage Lundi, ça recommence.
Avez-vous déjà eu ce cas ? Est-ce que ça peut venir d’autre chose que mon clapet ?”

Cela signifie surement que le problème venait d’ailleurs, ou qu’il s’agissait d’une combinaison de problèmes.
Est-ce que l’ancien clapet vous semblait très usé ?
La première chose à faire, mettez une décompression après dosage, si vous en avez déjà, augmentez la légèrement (2 ou 3 cm3).
L’ancien ne paraissait pas usé mais il avait 4 ans.
J’ai ajouté 5mm de décompression après dosage et ça fonctionne, merci beaucoup !

Oui notre formation L1 dur 1 semaine et est aussi dédiée aux personnes ayant des connaissances techniques et/ou électromécaniques, sans prérequis spécifique en injection plastique.
De plus, cette formation lui sera très utile également pour la maintenance et le dépannage car connaitre parfaitement le fonctionnement d’une presse est un vrai plus dans la recherche et le diagnostic d’une panne.
